Abstract

Given the conflicting opinions regarding the nature and scope of justice, as well as the foundational role of justice in individual and social actions, it is appropriate to conduct a coherent research study on the conceptualization, domain, and scope of individual justice, focusing on the Quran and Hadith, and how its jurisprudential applications are derived in various chapters of Islamic jurisprudence. This will allow for a consensus-based understanding, leveraging the innate desire for justice in humanity to present a model of individual justice in the school of Martyr Qassem Soleimani aimed at enhancing the influence of the ideological foundations of the resistance movement. The research method is qualitative, and the statistical population includes individuals who had connections and collaborations with Martyr Qassem Soleimani at various times. The sampling method is theoretical and snowball sampling. The data collection tools for better elucidation of the research results include semi-structured in-depth interviews and theoretical foundations, which have been gathered based on the necessary sections of the research. The grounded theory results indicate that the nature of individual justice is for the individual to be placed in their rightful position in such a way that they are committed to moderation in their ethics, beliefs, and actions according to the laws of the holy Sharia of Islam. The themes of individual justice derived from Islamic law are applicable to Martyr Qassem Soleimani in terms of beliefs, ethics, and behavior.
